Charge tuition with sibling discounts and scholarships.
Tuition can be billed monthly, per term, or as a one-time fee at enrollment. Discounts and scholarships apply automatically.
Discount rules
- Sibling — second child 20% off, third+ child 30% off (configurable).
- Scholarship — full or partial waiver attached to a student profile.
- Early-bird — discount for enrollments before a chosen date.
Payment plans
Parents can opt into auto-pay (card or ACH) or pay manually each cycle. Reminders are sent automatically when invoices are due or overdue.
Refunds
Withdrawals trigger pro-rated refund calculations based on your refund policy. The refund is queued for treasurer approval before processing.
