How do I change my masjid's name or logo?+
Go to Settings → Organization. Updates apply instantly to your public site, receipts, and donor emails.
Can I refund a donation?+
Yes — open the donation, click Refund, and choose full or partial. The donor is emailed automatically and the receipt is voided.
How do I export all my data?+
Settings → Data export will produce a downloadable archive of every record (members, donations, events, messages) within minutes.
Who can see donation amounts?+
Only users with the Treasurer or Admin role. Donors see only their own giving. Imams and volunteers do not.
Do you support multiple masjids under one umbrella?+
Yes. Create a parent organization and add child masjids. Each has its own data, but you can roll up reports across the umbrella.
Is there a free plan for small masjids?+
We offer a free Starter plan for masjids with under 100 active members and standard donation limits. See pricing on the homepage.
