Data export and deletion
Request your data or delete your tenant at any time.
You own the data you put into MasjidDesk. We give you self-serve tools to export and delete it whenever you want.
Exporting
Open Settings → Data export. Click "Generate export" and we'll prepare a downloadable archive (JSON for structured data, original files for uploads). Most archives are ready in minutes; large tenants may take up to an hour.
Deleting
Open Settings → Danger zone → Delete organization. This requires a typed confirmation and a final email-link click. After confirmation, your data is queued for deletion and removed within 30 days.
Donation records required by tax authorities may be retained beyond the 30-day window in compliance with applicable law. Members are anonymized in those records.
