Inviting your team

Send invitations and assign roles to board members and volunteers.

Inviting your team is the fastest way to delegate work and reduce single-points-of-failure in your masjid's operations.

Sending an invite

  1. Open Settings → Team.
  2. Click "Invite member" and enter the person's email.
  3. Pick a role from the dropdown — the role determines what they can see and do.
  4. Click Send. They'll receive an email invitation that expires in 7 days.

Available roles

  • Owner — full control, including billing and deleting the org.
  • Admin — manages members, settings, and most modules.
  • Treasurer — donations, expenses, and financial reports.
  • Imam — prayer schedule, khutbahs, announcements.
  • Volunteer — limited, scoped to specific assignments (events, shifts).
  • Viewer — read-only access for board members who only need visibility.
Roles are stackable in some areas — for example, the same person can be an Imam and a Treasurer. Permissions union together.

Removing a member

Open Settings → Team, click the member, and choose Remove. Their access is revoked immediately and active sessions are invalidated within 60 seconds.
