Account & billing
Update your plan, manage seats, change payment methods, and access invoices.
Changing your plan+
Open Settings → Plan & billing. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated and effective immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Updating your payment method+
Settings → Plan & billing → Payment method. Cards are processed through Stripe — we never see or store your card number. ACH (US) and SEPA debit are also supported on annual plans.
Downloading invoices+
Settings → Plan & billing → Invoices. Click any line item to download a PDF. We can also email invoices directly to your accountant — add their address under Billing contacts.
Cancelling your subscription+
Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation is immediate; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your data is preserved for 30 days after the end date.
