Members & roles

Invite admins, change roles, transfer ownership, and remove access cleanly.

Inviting an admin+

Settings → Team → Invite member. Pick the Admin role and submit. Invitations expire in 7 days; resend any time.

Changing someone's role+

Open the member's row in Settings → Team and click their role badge. Pick the new role; changes take effect within 60 seconds. The member is notified by email.

Transferring ownership+

Settings → Team → "Transfer ownership" (Owner-only). Pick the new owner — they must already have an Admin role. The action requires email confirmation from both parties.

Removing access cleanly+

Settings → Team → click the member → Remove. Their access is revoked immediately and any active sessions are invalidated within 60 seconds. The member's contributions (announcements, donations, etc.) remain attributed to them in the audit log.
