Product Designer

Shape the look and feel of every module. Strong systems thinking and a portfolio of real products shipped.

About the role

You'll be the second designer on the team, partnering with engineering to shape every surface — from the donor checkout to the madrasa report card. We expect you to think in systems and ship in pixels.

What you'll do

Design end-to-end flows for new modules, not just polish existing screens.
Maintain and extend our component system in Figma and code.
Run lightweight user research with masjid admins (we have access — bring the questions).
Pair with engineering during implementation, not just hand off mocks.

What we look for

A portfolio with at least two products you owned end-to-end and shipped.
Comfort with ambiguity — we'll ask you to design things no one has designed before for a masjid.
Ability to build basic prototypes (Figma, Framer, or code) without waiting on engineers.
Care about the craft of typography, hierarchy, and motion.

Bonus points

Experience designing for non-Latin scripts (Arabic, Urdu, Bengali).
Background in design systems at multi-product companies.
