Customer Success Lead (Arabic / English)

Onboard new masjids, run trainings, and turn feedback into product priorities. Bilingual Arabic and English.

About the role

You'll be the first dedicated CS hire focused on our growing MENA customer base. You'll run onboarding calls, host training sessions, and feed customer voice back into the product roadmap.

What you'll do

  • Run weekly onboarding calls (Arabic and English) for new masjids.
  • Host monthly training webinars by topic — donations, madrasa, communications.
  • Triage support tickets and partner with engineering on root-cause fixes.
  • Synthesize feedback into a quarterly "voice of customer" report.

What we look for

  • 3+ years in customer success, support, or solutions engineering for SaaS.
  • Native or fluent Arabic + professional English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable in front of a camera and a customer at the same time.
  • Genuine empathy for masjid operators and the diversity of community contexts.

Working hours

Primarily MENA business hours with occasional overlap with North America. We're not strict on a fixed schedule — outcomes over hours.
